About me
Kim Lackey teaches Spanish 3 and 4 at Rockwood Summit High School in St. Louis County. This is her 28th year of teaching and she was the FLAM Distinguished Foreign Language Educator in 2012-13. Kim is a National Board Certified Teacher who recently achieved her Maintenance of Certificate. After attending Summer Institutes with CI Liftoff in 2018 and 2019, Kim shifted her thinking about how to best help her students acquire more language. She is also an enthusiastic leader for trips to Spain and Costa Rica through Xperitas.
