About me
With over three decades of experience in education, Karmin has navigated the evolving landscape of instructional shifts with a focus on authentic student engagement. After a successful career as a secondary English and French teacher and athletic coach, Karmin transitioned into instructional coaching and district leadership to broaden her impact. Since joining the Raymore Peculiar administrative team in 2010, she has spearheaded curriculum, assessment, and—most notably—instructional technology.
A true power player in the field, Karmin works closely with teachers, instructional coaches, and district leadership to support the implementation and management of digital resources. As a member of the district’s Innovation and AI lead teams, she recently launched a regional Innovation Summit to bridge the gap between local districts.
