About me
The Missouri Retired Teachers Association (MRTA) is a statewide organization representing retired educators and public education supporters across Missouri. MRTA works to protect and strengthen public education while advocating for the retirement security of Missouri’s educators. Through legislative advocacy, member engagement, and community partnerships, MRTA gives retired educators a strong, collective voice on issues affecting schools, pensions, and the future of public education. MRTA also supports students and classrooms through the MRTA Foundation, which provides scholarships and classroom grants that help educators and students succeed.
