About me
At Home Works, we partner with schools to build their capacity to engage families and communities for students’ success. Our vision is that all schools effectively engage families in students’ learning. In general, we work with educators to strengthen the partnership between home and school, so children feel supported, connected, and ready to learn. We do this through three sources of school programming - home visits, family dinners, and family learning workshops. We provide teachers the structure, training, and support to build meaningful relationships with families through these program touch points. Home Works is a relationship-centered, evidence-backed program that builds bridges between home and school, and proves that when families and teachers work together, students thrive.
